A bathroom is first of all plumbing and waterproofing done right. We remove the old built-in tub, redo the membrane and drains, install the glass shower or freestanding tub, then the custom vanity that resists humidity because it was designed for it.

Our bathrooms are planned for the Montreal winter: heated floor, proper ventilation, warm lighting and built-in storage, in the small rooms of plexes as much as in large suburban homes.

What a turnkey bathroom includes

  • 3D plan, tile, fixture and finish selection
  • Demolition, plumbing and electrical brought to code
  • Waterproofing membrane, walk-in or glass shower, freestanding tub
  • Electric heated floor and quiet ventilation fan
  • Custom vanity and storage built in the workshop
  • Tiling, paint, mirror, accessories and final inspection

Frequently asked questions about bathroom renovation

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Count 3 to 4 weeks on site for a complete bathroom, slightly more if plumbing is relocated. We plan a temporary powder room if it is your only bathroom.

How much does a bathroom cost in Montreal?

A complete turnkey bathroom generally falls between $20,000 and $45,000. Resurfacing the vanity alone, when the cabinet is sound, costs between $2,500 and $6,000.

Do I need a permit to renovate a bathroom?

Not to replace fixtures in the same place. A permit is required if you move plumbing, change the structure or add a bathroom in a basement. We handle it.

Can you replace a tub with a glass shower?

Yes, it is one of the most requested transformations: we remove the built-in tub, redo the waterproofing and install a glass shower, with or without a freestanding tub depending on space.
